What are the components of this course?

  • The course is entirely online so you can access at any time from the comfort of your home or office from your laptop or from your mobile device or iPad.
  • There are 40 daily lessons sharing teachings from A Course in Miracles, Eastern spiritual traditions, as well as the fields of quantum physics and neuroplasticity, the study of the stress response, as well as the placebo effect.
  • 40 daily writing/reflective exercises to crystallize the learning into a personal experience.
  • 40 daily video or audio messages that contain powerful anecdotes illustrating healing as well as guided reflection exercises using meditation, breathing exercises as well as visualization.

Do I need to have a background in A Course in Miracles?

No you do not. You just need to come with a willingness and open mind and sincere desire to heal.

How long do I have to complete the course?

You can take as long as you need to complete the course. We recommend doing the course daily so you develop a consistent practice but you can take as long as you need because you have lifetime access.

How much time do I need to complete the course?

We each work at our own pace and at times students spend a few days on one lesson. But if you spend about half hour each day, you can comfortably finish the course in 3 months.

Course Instructor

Seema Khaneja MD

Seema Khaneja MD graduated from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in NYC in 1992 and completed her residency in pediatrics at NY Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, also in NYC, in 1996. Born in India and spending her early childhood there, she was drawn to study Eastern spiritual traditions at a young age. During medical school and after residency, she studied various complementary healing modalities with a focus on homeopathy, Ayurvedic nutrition, mind body medicine, yoga and meditation. For ten years she practiced holistic medicine caring for children and adults facing chronic physical illness as well as chronic mental health issues. Dr. Khaneja has also worked in the area of chronic pain and has facilitated numerous classes in meditation, stress management and holistic medicine for the local community in Rochester NY (where she currently lives) as well as for medical students at the University of Rochester where she is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Pediatrics. However, by far, she feels that her greatest teacher is her 14-year-old son who officially became her resident Zen Master when he was just three!This past summer she had an epiphany (after writing this course) that she wanted to teach about peace of mind full time so she founded a nonprofit called Coaching for Inner Peace where she is the Executive Director.When she is not busy being an Executive Director or creating amazing online courses, she enjoys learning about Star Wars and the Clone Wars (from her son) and also loves ballroom dancing and kayaking.
