“I have more inner peace. I feel more in control, less reactive. You have helped me make strides toward operationalizing my spirituality: integrating a mindful, spiritual practice into my everyday life. Your course helped me to enlarge my life toolbox: mindful glasses and hearing aids, staying in the moment mantras, skills that heightened my awareness of, and acceptance of, life as it flows along. I am happier, more content thanks to your good work! "
-Dr. BJ, Physician/Health care executive (Rochester, NY)
"I can say that this Course has really helped me be a better mom to my 10-year-old son. I understand the impatience and anger inside myself and now I am able to listen to my son with love and attention, no judgment. This has worked a miracle on our relationship. It is now such a joy to see him get excited about baseball and watch him play with his team in Little League. The Course has helped me in other aspects of my life, including my work and my relationship with my husband.Above all, it has taught me to listen and trust my Inner Guide, and this is what brings peace and joy in my daily life."
-Seema Ahmad, Mother, homemaker, suicide hotline volunteer (Vienna, Virginia)
"I have been on a spiritual path my whole life and in the Spring of 2016, I realized that I needed to find my next teacher. When I met Dr. Seema Khaneja, I was instantly struck by her warmth and sincerity. I signed up that very day for one of her online courses. Her lessons are clear and entertaining and easy to understand. I have loved every minute of it."
-Kathryn Farrak, Grandmother, retired business owner, energy healer (Avon, NY)
"I felt motivated to work with Dr. Seema Khaneja after seeing her YouTube video. I felt her kindness and authenticity right away. Her wisdom and direction have been invaluable to me. I often refer to my ‘inner guide’ as she strongly suggested. I referred to my ‘inner guide’ this past summer and took a teaching position that ‘manifested’ my way . Even though Dr. Seema didn’t directly advise me about my work change, her overall advice was applicable to all aspects of my life, and proved to be useful in parenting and as a teacher. I feel blessed to have met Dr. Seema--she’s a gem and I look forward to working with her again in the future."
-Joanna Zampas, Mother, teacher (Bergen County, New Jersey)

About Seema Khaneja MD
Seema Khaneja MD graduated from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in NYC in 1992 and completed her residency in pediatrics at NY Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, also in NYC, in 1996. Born in India and spending her early childhood there, she was drawn to study Eastern spiritual traditions at a young age. During medical school and after residency, she studied various complementary healing modalities with a focus on homeopathy, Ayurvedic nutrition, mind body medicine, yoga and meditation. For ten years she practiced holistic medicine caring for children and adults facing chronic physical illness as well as chronic mental health issues. Dr. Khaneja has also worked in the area of chronic pain and has facilitated numerous classes in meditation, stress management and holistic medicine for the local community in Rochester NY (where she currently lives) as well as for medical students at the University of Rochester where she is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Pediatrics.
However, by far, she feels that her greatest teacher is her 14-year-old son who officially became her resident Zen Master when he was just three!
This past summer she had an epiphany (after writing this course) that she wanted to teach about peace of mind full time so she founded a nonprofit called Coaching for Inner Peace where she is the Executive Director.
When she is not busy being an Executive Director or creating amazing online courses, she enjoys learning about Star Wars and the Clone Wars (from her son) and also loves ballroom dancing and kayaking.
